After heavy rain and strong winds finally cleared so out 4pm. Tide low so despite strong wind only 1-2 foot chop at most in channels between sandbanks. Failed all gybes to start with then got quite a few in but failed most toesides until put arm straight. Wind was too strong really and when moderated as sun was going down was easier. Need to improve toesides, I keep grabbing wrong back handle, there are too many but with better technique I should be doing it.
